1. How come I can't fill in my full address in Address 1? (I had to complete my address using both Address 1 and 2 )
2. How many times can I resubmit my application? (I just sent the 2nd attempt, and I do not know if it can be approved)

It took me a week plus minus. If you dont receive any reply (whether reject or accepted), try to contact them asking for help or something first before resubmitting. I doubt they allow submitting 2 applications from the same person that is. (same person as in the person you use as payee name when applying)
