Mine eat a varieties of food such as bread( for pet), pet pellets (for tortoises and fish) and vegetables when they are bored with all the food i give them. I also give them some fruits for them to chew on. They have grown very big and strong and i have transferred them to my relatives's house who have a pond (so they can swim freely) To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. My friend has turtles and he feeds them only when they are swimming in the tank. They eat the pellets from underwater upward.
Maybe try feeding teh turtles with fresh vegetables. They maybe they like it.
Eventually they will get hungry and want to eat.
You can try twizers and put food in their mouth and see if they eat. |

So i when back and feed him and i think that is better so now i feed him until very big. So i think u should go to the shop and ask the ppl which kind of food is suitable for ur tortiose. |

yea just feed vegetables and pellets.
It would be a good idea to put the tank some where with a bit of sunlight cause they like to sun bathe? yea... and you could also put thoes big pebbles or rocks inside so that your tortoise can climb on them and sunbathe too! (: i don't remeber much le, but i hope it helps.
oh yes and for the water part. don't put so full. just like 3cm like that? if you can create different level of water than its perfect. like making some parts shallower than other parts. yea =\ |
