Girl Help! Any suggestions on what sport to take up?

Hey Peeps,

I'm get all soft n flabby =p
Do you all have any suggestions on what sports/activities I can take up?
Prefer something that works the WHOLE BODY =D

Sadly I can't swim, tried to take courses 3 times already but still can't make it.

I like activities/sports which:
  1. Doesn't need $$. Dun wanna spend a bomb on gym membership or courses =p
  2. Something which works the whole body
  3. An activity that hopeful don't require much equipment or special space.

Haha~ I thought of dancing since I used to do so but I don't wanna sign on for classes. Strangely I miss CCAs cause we just did most things for free. Anyone know where we can have such activities for free? Hopefully near CCK too =p haha... I seem to be asking too much ain't I?

But I think i'm getting too unhealthy le.. Must do something about it..
Need to jia you!!

basketball or soccer since both sports only require a good pair of shoes and you will also get a good workout!
Well you do not even need to spend much on a pair of good shoes since you are only taking up sports as a form of exercise.

Try this touch rugby. It's not rough one like the one you watched on television. The rule of this touch rugby is touching to catch the ball holder. No tackling is allowed. :mellow3:
