i use the conventional ones, just kyap and done.
i think the heated one works just like a hair dryer. should be quite safe....if u use it properly.

i've had experiences of using the conventional eyecurlers&resulting in sparse lashes ):
&sometimes i kyap will kyap until my eyelid ,lol ,super pain ! =x

heated curl is gd . cos after u apply mascara normally using eyelash curler is before u apply mascara mus clip curl up ma . but heated curl can use after tat also , to make it stay longer curl n it realli turns out to be mre natural lo . (: and also heated curl battery don last lols even u bought stronger one also finish fast cos it eat battery fast . lols.

i like heated eyelash curler.. i'm using the one i bought from watson.. very cheap.. i think it's only $7.90.. and nope, my eyelashes are still ok!

usually i would curl my eyelashes, then use this amazing eyelashes gel thingy (forgot the brand.. and dunno wat's it's called).. the gel is transparent and so light.. at 1st i thot the bottle was empty!

amazingly, when u applied the gel, the eyelashes will curl automatically! whoa! (u can also use it alone, w/o curling ur eyelashes at all.. but ur eyelashes will still curl!! but for best results, i prefer to curl my eyelashes 1st.)

Are you talking about the canmake quick lash curler? I was tempted to get it but I don't understand the japanese so ain't sure how to use it!

Oh no wonder mine burned out after just one use! And I thought it's spoilt.

But the shop assistant told me not to use too alkaline battries like energizer coz it might spoil it because of too strong a voltage.

got 2 type

1. clip on ur eyelashes to perm it like manual (require very good techniques, or the shape of your eyelashes will look very weird)

2. hold horizontali, just perm it by pushing ur eyelashes upward (better cuz easier to handle, but very hard find it, but seems notice it at courts tampines)

#perm ur eyelashes is better, although it last for 3months, but it reali can make ur eyelashes grow longer (but remember to use middle sizeperming ton & not the small one which make ur eyelashes look like nigro hair)
