girls? same thing. girls GENERALLY have smaller appetites so doing the same thing would produce better results. for common female problem areas like thighs and arms, more cardio activity and light weights training would be good. weights training to stimulate minor muscle growth, improving metabolism and fat-burning effects on the thighs. exercises, squats, leg curls, step-overs etc. the best cardio activity wud be brisk-walking, cos brisk-walking is the best fat-burning activity for an individual. |
