When you are stress or down, will you smile after awhile?
When you are angry or annoyed, will you smile later?
Sometime I find it hard to smile , sometime is easy since Im doing what i love.
In a way, smiling is just like laughing =)
They say that laugher is the best medicine, Smile comes in that to.
You can show a sad face and laugh at the same time if you notice.

Doing little things can make people smile.
To me when i see someone i will smile and they too will smile back.
I learn that whenever you do something like that, or you see people smiling at you (sweetly not those cheeky type) You will feel good inside and it should brighten up your day.

When you buy something , you will smile to show you are happy.
When you win in a game, you will smile to show you have achive something
Same as when you have reached your goal.

However do you think you will smile for no reason at all?
Like when you go out and give this :mellow3: face to everyone? =)

Just a little thing like smiling makes everyone happy.

This is what I learn from a teacher and what i have feel for a long time.

i smile every day... no matter virtual or offline, i HATE to c pple ard mi getting upset or watsoever.... dey might b scolding mi ... but i always kip very cool, cuz i dun wan dem to get more angrier...

so even if my fren ard mi is nt happy, i will try very best nt to provoke dem anymore but instead make dem happy..

It's not just today but if I meet anyone I know or if he/she is someone familiar I will just break out into a smile, a nod of the head and some greetings like 'Hi!'

But sometimes when things don't work out, it's very hard to smile de. Especially when I witness quarrels or am myself embroiled in a quarrel...cannot fake a smile also.

It is not the place, nor the condition, but the mind alone that can make anyone happy or miserable.
