caller id requires time to track number, if the guy hangs up before second ring, chances of getting his number are slim. if public phone, then good luck. though they have phone numbers, the caller id plan u subscribe doesn't show it. I heard some companies subscribe to a different plan that shows public phones too, and I heard a public phone ring before... so its still possible it you're willing to pay the money.

i think u get caller id singtel also wont check for u for free de lor... business is like that de...
better report to police.. they opened everyday till 10pm, then after 10pm u can go to police centre or HQ division to report. When you know how to die, you know how to live.
