SYNOPSIS

HARLEM YU celebrates 20 years in Showbiz with a Night of True Music!

It will a night of remarkable entertainment, showmanship and good music as Taiwanese crooner Harlem Yu stages his first Singapore concert at the Indoor Stadium this coming 24 May!

Following the overwhelming responses to his full-house concerts in Hong Kong last year, Harlem is set to wow long-awaiting local fans with his signature music moments that has thrilled song-lovers all over Asia.

A true musician that possesses a good balance of Eastern and Western music culture, Harlem Yu is undoubtedly one of the most versatile Mando-pop veterans in the Chinese music industry. Known as the Godfather of Music in Asia, Harlem the creator of the first Mandarin rap song, and the first person to experiment the style of R&B in Chinese music.

The critically acclaimed singer-songwriter has also garnered remarkable award recognition and a series of records in his music career. Not only was he the first artiste to spark off the trend of outdoor mass concerts with more than ten thousand people in attendance; the first Chinese artiste who was invited to performed at London’s MTV Unplugged Concert and also the first Asian artiste to duet with Bon Jovi. Another testament to his popularity and talent was being chosen to sing the Chinese version of the official 2006 Germany World Cup
