Harassed by emails...

this is the second time i got such an email...maybe i shouldn't make a big fuss out of this but i feel offended by such stuffs. im thinking of going to the police...do you think they will do something to help or just treat it as a minor case & put it aside?

the person is SHEN JING BING!

Report to the police. They can trace the sender. He used offensive language and that is sexual harassment man!

It is not logical that the person is sending the emails from the company he is working for. Email addresses can be spoofed so it may not have originated from the person you see. You can read more on it by searching for "email spoofing".

Another possibility is that the person's computer has been hit by a virus that is sending the emails without his knowledge.

Just another observation, the email address in the message is not the same as the "From" field.

even the handphone number provided in the email may be a fake one or even a prank...

just ignore it...

Imagine if it was someone elses number that he's using. That person can get into so much of inconvenience.

The number doesn't mean anything. It could be fake, like what violette said, or it may be real but someone who knew his number may have used it.

The email address in the message is different from the originating address. He should be quite familiar with his own email address and wouldn't have typed it incorrectly.

but whr written on de email itself, it is Gui.Jeremy@ap.sony.com
