GUN shots rang out from a goldsmith's shop in a Muar shopping centre at about 10am on Sunday morning.

Mr Yao Bao Cai, 45, showing his pellet wound. His 11-year-old son, Zi Long, was also hit and suffered slight injuries on his head.
But there was no shootout - there were no robbers and nothing was stolen.
It turned out that a security guard's pump gun went off when he dropped it while opening the shutters of the shop.
The pellets hit three shoppers - a father, his son, and a woman.
Guang Ming Daily reported that Mr Yao Bao Cai, 45, was shopping with his wife Madam Zheng Bi Zhu, their 11-year-old son Zi Long and 8-year-old daughter when this happened.
Mr Yao, who works at his sister's coffeeshop in Singapore, and son Zi Long were in front of the shop when they heard a loud noise.
He told Harian Metro: 'I didn't know I was hit till a few passers-by told me they saw bloodstains at the back of my shirt.
'Then, I knew that I was wounded. My son, too, was holding his head and started screaming in pain.'
The third victim, 36-year-old Miss Xu, was shopping with her family when she was hit.
The pellet grazed her left temple near the eyebrow.
The bank employee started running when she heard the gunshots, but suddenly felt blood trickling down the left side of her face and felt dizzy.
According to China Press, the pellets hit a wall before rebounding and hitting the three victims.
The victims were taken to the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital in Muar for X-rays and treatment.
Fortunately, none had pellet shells embedded in their body and were discharged later that day.
Police have detained the 28-year-old security guard and confiscated his gun.
Head of Criminal Investigation Department in Muar's district police headquarters, Assistant Superintendent Khoo Leng Huat said: 'Preliminary police investigations show that carelessness caused this shooting and the subsequent injuries of the three victims.'
Police are planning to charge the guard with causing hurt by negligence.
Under Section 37 of the Firearms Act, if found guilty, the guard can be jailed up to two years and fined RM5,000 ($2,168).
