the good places for me to take out my frustration is inside my bedroom, i lock my door in my bedroom and throw everything onto the floor to take out my frustration, after that i kena whack by my father 
I made a terrible mistake That I can't take back.Now when I close my eyes, All I see is black.Whoever thought,That this would happen to me I'm not chained physically,But mentally,I'll never be the same,Never again.I deeply regret ,what I did.The mistake I can't take back.I regret it deeply, I just have one plea....God please forgive me.

When I feel frustrated...I think of why I feel frustrated and sort it out.

I dun go to any specific place to take out my frustrations.
I just put on my MP3 and turn on the max volume of my ear piece.
The loud music calms me down. I am not hurting anyone (by vending my anger on them) but myself.
Not a very good way, but it works for me XD | |
