give me... i will rather we both cool off for a period then befriends again. afterall if u become friends straight after the break. high chance is one of u might not be able to let things go and this might strain on the friendship.

Hmmmm.....I think it is okay to keep in touch. But different people treat it differently, so some people might break it off once and for all. Whereas some can still be very good friends with their Ex....

It depends on how you want to treat it, really as friends or hoping for the slight chance of getting back together or whatever reasons.

depends as my ex and i now are good friends and even often confide to each other but some of my other ex never keep in contact as feel awkard

sometimes can be good firends.. some just lost contact lo..
anyway, its better to keep a friend (if got such luck with an ex) than lose a friend..

but not for everyone. each and everyone have their own choice.
perhaps some broke up becuz of some bad happenings. but in anyway, why can't we just hold on to that friendship? i mean, even though you two broke up, still can be friends ma.

i'm still in a very close friendship with my ex-gf. she always confide me with any problems she have. lolz.

its like inorder to be an ex, one have to end the relationship

and this shows that that person must have did something wrong

or maybe both of you are unsuitable

there must be a reason for being an ex you see

so i don't see the reason why you should stay in contact
