if u are not ordering bulkies like shoes/sandals/boots, u can go by direct shipping , refer to rates here => http://www.gojane.com/shipping.html

but if u are taking in bulkies, then it is not worth to ship via vpost cos they will be taking in actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.. definitely not worth it.. shipping charges can be a killer..
