do dbl check with the agencies 1st, especially on these aspects:
- candidate need to pay the agency anything if he/she gets the job?
- candidate need to pay any penalty charges if he/she quit before the contract duration is up?
hope this is useful.. be simplified at To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Online job websites, like www.jobsdb.com
Friends... they may have some lobangs.
Recruitment Agencies... usually, that is my last choice, cos most agents pay you a lesser salary than what the company actually pays you. :disgust2:

Of course it's a matter of luck too. With so many companies having high staff turnover, the chances of ONE opening is very high. If it just one opening, the company might dilly dally to advertise quickly. What they will do is spread the work to the other staff and until they cannot take it, then the company bo pien have to advertise. IF you fit in the vacant post, you will definitely be called.
If this innovative method of applying for jobs does not appeal to you then go the normal way lor... | | | | | Even if you send by post got use meh?
Even if the company put your resume and application into their files, I doubt it will be useful too considering that they probably have a few hundreds or thousands of files and they just slot your resume into 1 of these files.
They will probably forget about your resume even if in future they got any job openings. Unless the company is a very organised 1 that has a file specifically to keep all resumes of potential employees but I doubt few companies will have these type of practises.. |
