Ya..can just email to the HR dept of the potential company that you want to work in, even though there's no job ad.

The HR may just keep your resume in their database until when they need to hire someone...

No use 1 lah..They will just leave your resume in their inbox(or maybe in their junk mail folder) and than forget about it..even if in future they have job vanacies that you are interested in, I bet they will have forgotten about your resume already..
