Registration to SGClub is free! We do insist that you abide by the following rules and policies detailed below.

Be Polite

Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Debate and heated discussions are okay, however posting rude, attacking, insulting, profane and uncalled for comments are not allowed.

Respect the Administrators & Moderators

It is a tough job and a thankless task moderating the forum. Any person who tried to challenge an administrator's or moderator's authority or being rude / throwing insults at them will be subjected to immediate banning. Their job is hard enough without them being attacked for what they do.

Marketplace Etiquette

Advertising is only permitted in the Classifieds section. Do not post the same advertisement or self promotion in multiple forums.

Please do NOT post derogatory remarks in the Classifieds threads OR attempt to "appraise" the items(s) for sale. Only post if you have questions or are interested in the item(s).

Do not reply to threads in the Classifieds section unless you are specifically interested in the product or service or having something valuable to add. Comments such as "too pricey for me", "can't afford that much", or "don't like it" are not appreciated by the originating thread poster. Do not reply and attempt to trash another member's thread or say you've found better etc.

Common sense goes a long way, just put yourself in the shoes of the thread starter.

The Marketplace is intended for advertising products and services owned or operated by forum members. Affiliate or referral "links" are not appropriate anywhere in the forum.

There is a limit of one thread per Classifieds category per day per member. If you need to post multiple items, you can post them all in one thread. Gratuitous self *bumps* are limited to one per 24 hour period (unless you need to respond to other members' inquiries). We want to make it as fair as possible to all SGClub members.

Signatures

Signatures can be set up in your profile. Posting pricing information of any product or service is not allowed in signatures. Do not place images, URLs or links to sites that contain explicit, vulgar, sexually-orientated, or obscene content in your signatures.

No Promoting of / Linking to Other Forums & Spree Sites

Promoting or linking to other forums and spree sites is not allowed in any way.

DO NOT SPAM

Do not spam other members through private messages or any other way on the forum. You may not use the forum or private messaging to solicit members to come to your website or offer any products or services or for any other reason unless the member has specifically requested the information. If you receive any private messages or come across any message that you suspect may be spam please report it to a moderator or administrator. The following are a few examples of spamming.

• Very short posts that do not add value to the current thread. Example: multiple similar posts by the same member with only the words, "i dunno" or "lol cool" can be considered spam.
• Double Posting. A double post is a back to back post by the same person. The second post may be considered spam. If you make a post and realize that you have made a mistake please use the edit / delete options, these are located to the right of each posted message. There is a Multi-Quote option that allows you to quote multiple posts at a time so that you do not have to reply multiple times to different posts in the same thread.
• Advertising messages, except in the Classifieds section.

Account

Your SGClub.com account may not be transferred or sold to another party. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
