Which fitness centre do you go?

personally i'm having an unlimited package at amore fitness now...

anyone else signed up fitness package at any of the several fitness centres like california or fitness first etc?? any raves or rants? let's share! and also give others some idea b4 they sign up

My everyday walking is my own personal fitness centre.

hee actually i only just realised that the crowd here is very young so probably won't spend on fitness centres one... this thread quite redundant here. keke~

i really missed those days when i as in school. all my PE lessons, physical trainings and playing basketball with guys in my class really kept me fit. it wasn't all that difficult to get a pass in my 2.4km run at all!

now getting old already... getting fatter and lazier too. climb a bit of stairs also panting, not as fit as before.

hv to spend $$ to motivate myself to work out. *sigh* u ppl huh, must make full use of ya youth when u still hv it, cos it's FREE but doesn't LAST.

why i sound like a very very very old woman... LOL~ paiseh uh so long-winded me. :-X

^^ Don't say that. I believe the young crowd is more knowledgable and they may even go to the gym.

I got sign up at Fitness First. 1 week work out around 2 to 3 times lor.

Woohoo! I am a member of CF too! I got the platinum card so I can go to any centres, even in KL or HK...:biggrin4:

I usually go for the spinning (cycling) classes and I pick instructors one...:biggrin4:
