I found out that Chi has fitness boot camp programs. http://www.chi.com.sg/pdf/Bootcamp%20Info%202007.pdf
Has any of you tried their boot camp before? What are your comments?
I'm considering whether to go for this boot camp as I'm seriously getting bored of my fitness regime of running and gym work. LOL To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. |

all you need is determination and get down to the ground.
going to such programs empties your pocket and doesnt guarantee results.

But its not that bad, trying to improve the timing over a set distance n route.
There're lots of other stuff to try.. wake boarding, blading, ice skating, cycling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, etc.. all these will improve your fitness.
horse riding? reminds me of that Osim thingy.. haha

why pay someone to tell u what to do? | | | | | agree. for u can do something else with that $200. what i see from the course is that it provides u the motivation to do hardcore exercises. |
