have any 1 experisence this b4 ...as in when u r sleeping ... then u wake up trying to move yr body but cannot move as in like being pin down ? |

heard of it before, its when you wake up but your muscles are not active yet, thus, resulting in insufficient strength to get up and feeling that you are being pinned down | |

yeap experience before.. quite scary cause not able to move and shout...thought was "something" pinned me down when i first encountered. After that, then i believed more in scientific explanation as sleep paralysis.. haha... best solution - get back to sleep again

just experienced....laying on my table sleeping when suddenly i sense a cold wind blowing into my ear, then being pin down cannot move...

Yup! I had it too. I was terrified because I couldn't move or say anything. First I thought I was tired, then that it was a ghost, now I know its this sleep paraylsis thingy. lol! A lunar moon, a milky way, a far off star that blinked away... | |
