For me I find LJS service is very bad went few outlets and their service are very slow eg tiong bahru plaza the crew always take his own sweet time to clear the table. For example I'm siting at the table which the next table beside me is not clear and after I finished my meal the table is still unclear. As for Vivo City their crew is very clusmy as when clearing table can drop the cup, trays on the floor and the kitchen crew can forget customer order until customer went to ask them they say they forget to cook.
I also fiong tiong bahru plaza burger king service very bad as they are not only slow, always forget customer orders and even can ask whether customer had paid for their orders. Bty I once hear a customer told the manager there their service is very bad that he won't visit again.

Agree about the LJS. My exp was with the one at Causeway Point. Deep fried fish was still cold on the inside. Wah lau, like the cook damn bo chap.
Another one, altho not fast food, is the Hog's Breath at Vivo. Food also came out cold, the captain was unfamiliar with the drinks served, my bill was charged incorrectly, then the waiter took away my change without checking or asking. My main grouse is still the sub-standard food tho. Wayyyyy below the standards found in the same restaurants in Australia. Wayyyyy below normal standards in s'pore. I have to admit, the staff are all very friendly and helpful though I will never go back again. I've heard that other branches in s'pore are the same. | |

vivO the LJS damn no manners la. ppl just sit down, then the crew clearing e stuffs half way suddenly walk in front of me then never say anything, stretch out his hand, i tot what he want sia. then he tells my friends they need the trays cause not enough, my friends gave him but i dont care, i say i need it. ><  To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. Really bad service lah... I agree too...
The stuff always forgot things... My sis bought home LJS for me, but end up discover lack of 1 more, but she pay full sum liao hor...
Den sometimes mos buger oso... Stingy with creamer... and quite slow oso... Luv Kame?

Mcdonalds service standards also dropping alot.
yesterday i ate an undercooked egg as part of the Big Breakfast Meal.
Even the eggs shell are given!!! | |

LJS famous in bad service, since their chicken shrink, i seldom eat LJS unless bo bian !
juz wana share few weeks ago i went to JP's KFC and ordered 2 pieces chicken meal.
Guess wat, it's bloody inside.. LOL
fed up and proceed on to nxt meal.

ended up they gave us 2 same combo's = they keep the extra money

I agree.. LJS service got rooms to improve.. I feel that Mac's service is above average , not that bad.. | |
