do u know whether we need to exchange the singapore dollars to Thai bath in singapore or we go to Thai Land first??

Where can i exchange the money ??

any place give the highest exchange rate for Thai Bath ?

I also want to exchange some Singapore dollars to VietNam currency , where should i go ?

Hi, I jus change Thai Baht ytd. Rate was SGD1 to 22.325 Baht. Changed at people's park centre.

If u gg Thai soon, dun change ter, heard rate is only SGD1 to 21... Baht..

Its actually SGD$1 to 21.315 Baht now.

SG should have a better rate now. Advisable to change before coming over. Check out those money changers in Golden Mile.

Anyway, unless you are changing a couple of hundred thousands SGD dollars to Thai Baht, you will feel a difference but if you are only change a couple of thousands, the difference is hardly noteable.

You are advise to change some before coming as you will need it for the Taxi fare to town which will be between 200 to 500 baht depending where your hotel is located.

If you need to change money in BKK, go to the reputable ones like the banks. The banks has outlets in various part of the city to cater for Faraks (Foreigners). They are open up till 2100hrs (BKK time). The time here is 1 hour behind SG time.

Hey, I usually changed at raffles place (Arcade Centre).... they have the best rates in town.

check the few money changers' rates at people's park. they're all quite competitive.

for vietnam, change USD. they accept USD. if you change to Viet Dong, might have problems with loose change...

try not to change during week end, rate will be worse..

people's park, e one near sub court.. take mrt to chinatown.. follow e exit to sub court direction.. this place oso got lots of tour agencies.. i change @ level 1 near may bank, e indoor wan
