there're many situations
1)if have enough sufficient sleep.. when wake up.. will feel very refreshed..
2)a person who has lot of work pressure, wake up will feel uneasy.. and a very stressful mind.. aching body
3)if never sleep enough..wake up will feel like sleeping back.. mind and body parts too lazy to think/move about lor

if u wanna feel refresh when u wake up, one easy way to do it is to look forward to something and think of it when u wake up. I bet u cant wait to get out of the bed and start ur day. Give it a try

wake up juz push urself to kitchen drink sum water, go toilet brush teeth bathe and SH*T everything out.
