i'm open for suggestions...so most of my details are not final yet...i welcome suggestions and votes...

taking the main consideration that members going will need to rent their bicycles...i chose east coast as it's a common location for overnight cycling and it has a good wide choice of bicycles for rent...what would be ur suggestion for the location michael..?

u mean we're gonna cycle around ecp? cos my bro last time go for nite cycling b4.. he say from ecp to Labrador park back to ecp. and he says need to "book lane" if its alot of ppl. like inform the police or something.

i thinking of cycling to other places as well...but not in mass groups...it might be difficult to master such a mass...so i might be splitting the whole group into smaller groups and deploying in 5-10mins intervals....

regarding the traffic police..i will double check with the authorities regarding the rules and regulations...

however...activities can also be set up within acceptable cycling ranges...it would greatly depend on the number of people coming and the response...and together with the suggestions too...

if more than 10 ppl u need to request for police permit.... also to request for permit u need a certain number of road mashers, safety officers and u need 2 safety vehales.... 1 in front 1 at the back....

okie...that's good information...i'll check out more about it with the traffic police and see what i can do about it...can i consult u Yongjin for more if i need...?

most probably we won't be needing the permit if we use the method i stated to .phoenixity. above...i'll refine the final decision though..so it's still tentative until i get more information....
