Cellfood does help. But there is no medication that can guarantee anything. If you dun mind telling, what kind of ailment are you looking at? 4 of my customers suffering from diabetes has seen a significant improvement to their daily lives. etc: no more feeling pain when passing urine, more energy to even walk up the stairs when she often felt breathless before, eyes see more clearly etc.......
