yup. I do agree for most situation, it is..

e.g. why pilot was paid highly, cos they have to be resposible for all the 360 pax onboard the aircraft.

it depends on individuals.. for my case, it is a no.. cos before i had my increment in the salary, my work load increases daily.. after increment still the same... work load getting heavier... omg.. salary still stay there.. haiz.. not moving.. but with more responsibilities.. bao ka liao..

That's usually the case... more responsibilities=higher pay. But sometimes, it's not true too, like my case.

My responsibilities increases (cos of doing all those work that my boss don't wanna do, so throw it all to me who is a small fry. ), but my pay still remains the same.
