Trust is something build up overtime. No one ever said that if you're with that guy, u must put ur 101% trust into him immediately. At the same time, no one has ever said that you must not trust him too. I think what you need is time to overcome your fears about your dad and G. Just like people who fear to fail in what you do but without failure, there won't be success. Without experience, you won't be as strong or alert in life. dont judge everyone on a general basis but learn from what has happen and understand why it happened.
when you learn to let your past go, it is then you will anticipate about the future and embrace it openly.
