Total SGC$: 234.00 | DIET DIET! For me, I never experienced overweight matters. But I've a friend who was 200 pounds and now she is a mere 120 pounds.
80 POUNDS IN 1 YEAR.
Believe that.
She is a Westerner, big sized and really obese. She is the same age as me but she is almost triple me!
Considering the fact that i'm Asian and I weigh only barely 100pounds. LOL.
Her diet consists of... MORNING: 2 EGGS (Boiled), a glass of milk, a glass of fresh juice.
LUNCH: A bowl of soup [ANY KIND xcept creamy soup], indulge in as much as you want if it's a pure vegetable soup. [no potatoes]
SNACK: A packet of low fat plain cracker (normally it consisted of 3 pieces) and plain water.
DINNER: A piece of meat [beef, chicken, fish, lobster, whatever.], fresh salad [no cream], a slice of grapefruit, plenty of water.
And she stops eating after 7.30pm daily.
Her diet consists of NO CARBOHYDRATE and lots of protien and vitamins.
It is effective, and safe to use. She is now slim and lost the fats permanently.
Of course, she did it with minimal exercises like sit ups, pushups, weightlifts, yada yada.
Girls can try this diet. You may feel extremely hungry for the first few weeks but you'll get over it. |

Total SGC$: 69.50 | Girls please note that we DO need carbohydrates in our diet for energy. If your body do not receive enough carbohydrates, they will turn to other nutrients to get that energy. However, proteins are required for other functions in the body, and converting them to energy uses a different metabolic pathway. In the process, there are harmful by-products that are produced and the kidneys will have to work harder to remove such products. What do you think will happen if the kidneys have to work overtime over prolonged periods?
I do not deny the possibility of losing weight with such diets. Just want to caution you that there are long term consequences to the body when you take on a diet that is not balanced. |
