Default detox program to recommend?

i've research online on detoxification. however there are generally 2 school of thoughts for it. 1 supporting detox while the other denouncing it. so may i ask if anyone over here who has undergone a detox prog with positive results?? if so care to share how its done? would like to detox as well...i'm literally full of "shit"

Google up on bowel cleanse, parasite cleanse and gallbladder/liver cleanse, filtered water, acid akaline diet,*digestive enyzmes

I will recommend oxypowder or you can try pysllium husk +bentonite mixture.
But for pysllium, you have to really drink at least 8 glass of water & above to prevent constipation. Best if taken with papaya or prune juice(sometimes only as it's very acidic) for easy and soft removal. For any fibre product/cleansing product u take, it should be taken the night before you sleep with lots of water in your stomach beforehand, so next morning removal will be easy. This is only to clear "shit".=D

After you clear all the junk inside, make sure you get good bacteria to restore your instestinal balance. Try sourcing for acidophilus/lactobacilus in powder or capsules. I heard nature way's reteuri /Jarrow's is quite good...haven't tried yet haha. OR unsweetened natural yoghurt which means they have "natural" sugars but label shouldn't contain added sugars.Eating cloves of raw garlic kills worms and parasites. Best if you mix in pure water/ph neutral (eg.evian/those in glass container de). Ginger(slices) boiled in water reduces gas and bloating.

I don't think yakult or vitagen really helps as they contain sugars....to feed yeast and parasites!!

Don't bother getting health products from mlm as mostly can be done through natural sources/from stores.

I'm currently not on detox as you would need many "days off" to keep on " clearing" be it from any part of your body. But I'm starting slow from my "poo". It can be safe if you start slow and find what suits you. You know your body best...got to really do it then you will know.=)
I used to be very constipated and it gave my fatigue, low strength, hunger pangs, back pain and recurrent fever/ sicknesses. I got so fedup until I did a " washing" and felt better..now it's back again due to lazyness....

Imagine a colon full of stucked matters and worms and bacteria..how are you able to function healthily? Doctors prescribe antibiotics and medicine that becomes acidic in our body...yes they kill all good and bad bacteria. And if we are not healthy, bad bacteria takes charge and leave no room for good bacteria to survive.

These sites teach on detox and health.

Or you can also get professional herbalist/naturopathologist for help.

Btw anyone knows any good digestive enzymes supplements to recommend? if yes may I know where?:biggrin4:

Btw while you're on any kind of clearing, refrain from processed/ oily/fastfood. Take something light like "all boiled/steamed/stir-fried".
Fasting is recommended for fast clean-up but depends if you can take it.
Fasting is a time when your body removes your toxins and thus becomes excess waste.

For the safest side, buy prune juice(Del monte only) and take papaya with TONS of water. Hmmm this is not really detox, more like "clearing". I only take 2 big cups of prune juice once or twice in a long while.....cant take it often...quite laxative. It's more for a "one go thing".
*Some people might not be able to withstand it.

Or Try raw vegetable juicing every morning.

Any detox or cleansing must take TONS of water(2litre & above) to expel.

Prune juice must be taken in moderation, if not you can die from dehydration cos it induces movement of bowels....

Just make sure you drink lots of water...

Another way is to take 1 cup of 300ml water with 1 tablespoon of honey, psyllium husk and apple cider vinegar..... before each meal

But make sure you take in lots of water after that
