Yes, I have type email properly and the email address has existed..

It's probably full or the account has been deactivated. The message you receive depends on the mta that hotmail uses.

Could be anything. It's definitely not exchange though. Hotmail, being not initially owned by Microsoft, could be running on another mta. For most mtas though, if it's an invalid mailbox, you'd receive a message exactly like the one you did and if it's full, it will tell you that the user's mbox is full. It is highly possible that the account may not exist anymore or has been suspended.

sometimes you get the failure notice after quite a while. so cannot be so sure that its 100% sent
