I accidentally mailed twice to a buyer of mine. I asked her nicely if she can mail me back the stuffs afterall she didn't pay for it. (FYI, the stuffs are worth about $20-$30) Then she start to say things like "why should I mail back? you also don't open your shop anymore. mail back for what" (the way she spoke pissed me off -_-) Then I said: "you must be a 10-year-old kid?" Guess what she said.

Definition of tarnishing reputation? will police catch me because of this? lols. -_-

in theory u can take legal action againest her and not the other way round.... as long as u have prove of communication via email... since u mail her the goods double and she only paid for 1.... she has to mail back with postage paid by u of cos since its ur fault... however in the case if she choose nt to u can always bill her..

next come the stupid comment she give police isnt even going to bother her since this is not a fruad case in fact police will ask her to returrn the goods to u as well...however with the words that she said and if u have the evedience u could take up civil case with her by engaging a lawyer and sue her for slandering...remember the case abt the oppisition xu shun quan just a single comment abt lky and gana sue till bankcrupt?

tanishing ur reputition is define by u go back on ur words can be either u said selling a u deliver b or u dont deliver or deliver goods tat r in fault condition and no proper procedure etc.... there is a lot of defination....

personal the gal buyer is a attitue prob gal who tried to take adventage of u...in biz world i wont let her off tat easily if i were u for the comment she said... if she simply ignore and never reply i might still forget abt the extra good tat has been sent to her...
