Dear all,
Today I went to kallang leisure park and came across a road show it is a well known furniture company.
Initially I was looking at the furniture and I came across the water dispenser those water dispenser we put in the office for the staffs / custormer to drink hot / cold water mineral water.
There was a paper paste on the dispenser (50 cent per cup please pay at the counter Thank you).
I wonder if they are selling furniture or water from the dispenser?
If the custormer when serve them water and still need to pay 50 cent?
Will you buy from them if you thirsty?

I go alot of places singtel , starhub they let ppl take drink.
I dun take and drink but what i mean is y they have to put the paper there alot of ppl walk pass all laugh at it.

Maybe they are afraid they should put inside there counter mah then ppl will not take to refill the bottles.

for example if you go to the road show they ask u seat down they talk to u about their furniture they serve you water end up u stand up and going to left and they tell you sir please pay 50cent for the water.

I brought a bottle of 500ml of mineral water from cold storage only 40cent.
Just one cup nia then beri small cup 50cent...

hmmm, i do agree that having to pay 50cents for a drink reflects badly on the company overall. especially since you can afford to pay so much to set up a roadshow or invest in marketing, it comes as really cheapskate of them that they cannot afford to offer a cup of water to others.
