Default CRUNCHES = 6 packs/fatter?

would like to seek some proffesional advice here =)

after doing crunches for a certain time, will ur tummy be smaller or bigger ?
cause i heard from some other place that when u are doing crunches u are actually building up muscles under ur fats or something so ur tummy will become even bigger.

depends what u say bigger or smaller??..
if you are thin, it makes you bigger by bit...
if you are thin you can see a bit of your 6 pack
so it makes it bigger..

if u are over weight... sits up makes no diff.... coz the muscle is being covered by the fat
go for tread mills instead...

sit up doesn't makes the fat around your stomach lesser..
as there are research, if this is true, then people who chew chewing gums oftenly would have very thin cheek and jaw....

solely doing crunches doesnt help to burn much fat on ur tummy. Fat burning occurs as a whole, not @ targeted area. e easiest place to build fats will b e last to burn (since more fats deposit in these areas (e.g tummy, thighs, butts etc) as compared to lesser other (shoulders, necks etc).

to effectively build 6 packs, one must utilize full body motions such as incorporate weight training, HIIT etc other than doing crunches. Notice tat sprinters r more muscular build than marathon runners? Ever wonder y?

As a whole to build 6 packs requires efforts, focus n a goal. Do u have wat it takes?

well, generally if u're really skinny then building up ur abs will definitely make ur waist bigger. but it'll look better for sure.

no such thing as spot reduction when it comes to burning fat. It's an overall concerted effort. As for working out the abs, crunches and leg lifts definitely helps. But to see them you gotta prepare to whittle down your body fat percentage to the single figure region if not the abs wont be so defined.

That's what i remember wong qing hai said. his abs is @.@...

erm, by doing crunches, you build muscles around your stomach area. if you have high body fat, even with that muscles, your fat still covers them. so eventually you look fatter around your waist. if you want visible 6 packs abs, you gotta do more. hiit and strength training to reduce your body fat %

also, make sure you do reverse crunches. not the normal v crunch

Buring fats to become muscle .....by carrying heavy weights for 8 reps is better then u doing 50 crunches so what u think ?cardio machine eg.threadmill provide only short period of fat burn thats why u need to do it for a long time.while carry weights can burn fats for the whole day as the protein do the job.
