Default Cross button lost its bounciness

Hi people, the right-side of the cross button (the one on the left of the DS Lite) has lost its bounciness. Does anyone know how to fix it?

there is no spring for the cross.

yea. no spring. that user dunno anything.... its elastic rubber. I changed my ds so i know.
