I had visit two outlets in spore.

At cwp, while shopping in courts for a new laptop.
There were agroup of salesman [arnd 4 including a salesWOman]
my bf have to approach one of them, himself.
luckily my bf noe alot abt laptop. the salesman did nt even clear abt every laptop stats.
stil can stand then chatting away.

2nd scenario
the courts@Tampines
The salesman actually trying to sell old laptop to a malay guy
telling him hw gd the stats are for $2000++
but the fact is its onli 64-bits.
Worse than mine but more expensive.
[they are just trying to clear their stock and did not think for the customer]
another salesman also tried to sell old xbox games to the couple.[middle age]
luckily my bf were there, and intro them de latest and most popular games. they were very pleased. but nt the salesman. his whole face turned BLACK !!!



i advise u guys check the items clearly before buying.

Totally agree.. the salesman nowadays only cares about making money... They don't give a damn about the customer la.... They just trying all they can to sell the item to the customer... They don't care if the product is what the customers are looking for or not...

I am also pissed about the attitude of most of the sales person also.

I never buy from Courts de. The sales man puts me off. First time i want to buy from Courts oledie give me bad impression. Last time, I ask the sales man about printer, cant even answer my Qs and still want to sell me the printer. Dunno and still want to lie. Thats what I hate. Dunno say dunno, i can still find out elsewhere. If he lie and i buy home liao, not happy then i find who? Those sales men should be responsible mah. Some times i stand down there looking at products, they stand beside me and still dun want to serve me. They just chit chat and ignore me. WTH, Courts so rich huh? pay them to chit chat. I also want this kind of job. Not pro enuf leh, sg cust service ppl sucks. Even tho customer may not buy, they also should take the initiative to help the customers in making a choice. They should give the customers a good learning experience by accurately providing them with information, rather than spend time chitchatting.

Think abt this, If u were a customer, u asked a sales person some Qs and they were able to feed u with useful information, u would come again to buy from them when u have decided which product to buy mah. I worked as a sales person before selling handbags. Even tho many customers are just looking around, i always take the initiative to show them new products, explaining the material used, suitable for what type of occasion, I even suggested what type of clothes would suit the kind of handbags. They always leave with a smile and i always dun show the black face even tho my time is wasted, anyway i am paid to do so mah. I got many experiences wherby the customers i served came back to buy from me. and sometimes recommend friends even tho they themselves not buying. Nowadays dunno the quality of salesmen are dropping or becos i always met the bad ones. So many bad ones meh??
