Have you ever been told in your company, whether existing or previous ones, that a couple cannot be working in the same company, and perhaps even in the same department? Well, the reason is simple: Conflict of Interest... Worse when one of them is the immediate supervisor of the other one.
What if... You were not a couple when you join the company, but went on to become a couple, and are caught in the same situation (same company, same department). What will you and your bf/gf do? Usually, they will break up one. Or maybe one will quit or leave.

No la... Well... Me and my bf in same co. also... But we do not have any problems since he work operational, I work office... Just that poor him have to listen to me complaining... My bf and me know each other when I was on attachement then I was attached to him... Well... When guys are working, it is the most attractive... Then I went to study and when I graduated I came back... (Pay wise not bad for me) | |

Most companies have policy on office romance. They either fown on them or try to separate them due to conflict of interest on each party. | |

Never have a problem with such stuff..I dont c wats the problem ..most importantly ..the couple..are professional and know difference between work time and "play" time...
I f I am boss..I can even allow my subbordinates to bring children to work...

but what if the couple is professional superficially, but behind everyone or under the table, they're doing something else? i mean... who knows right?
wah, bring children to work? then the rest wouldn't be disturbed meh? i remember one of my colleagues ever did that, and end up, my colleagues were playing with the kids rather than working... to make matters worse, the kids started running and playing around... wouldn't that be a disturbance to their work? My previous company have this - Most of the people have surname, Neo, and are relatives or distance relatives working together with couples in the company.
Every morning they will argue over water heater container, newspaper, printer, printing on recycled paper, practically everything.
