People~ lets share what/ which unreasonable stuffs you encounter! I want to complain about Levi's outlet at taka and ngee ann city. :speechless:

Firstly, I bought my pair of jeans and asked for alteration. The guy told me that if collect by today I need to pay $5, if another day is $4 and if I go downstairs is $2. I did not want to spend $5 and had no time to waste deciding. So I say i'll come back another day to alter.
After a few weeks, I went back but they told me on the day collect is $9! I told them what they said another time and they told me to go downstairs as they are cheaper.:notimpressed2: I went to the shop ( the one juz near the tunnel to wisma) and they told me cannot take on the day, can only collect the next day. If want to collect today must go up stairs...I told them the upstairs ppl told me to come down. Then they say I can go lucky plaza there only $2. I went to the particular shop they mentioned and the guy at lucky plaza told me $15! WTH Still haven finish wor, this guy says if want cheaper go 3rd storey, I asked which shop and he say "Any shop lah 3rd storey so many!" I went and found out there is no alteration shop at 3rd level. Furthermore, the place is filled with Indonesians~ So crampy there and I do not feel comfortable with the chaos.
In the end..I nv send for alteration at Levi's..such a waste of time and energy.:handsup:

send compplain letter to their HR, demand an apology and an answer.
say ur very unsatisfied with the crap they are givin

I feel like complaining to the main office of Levi's man. Actually they should not charge for alteration lor, their jeans already so high price. How much do they charge you for alteration?
