Commercial Vehicle Going JB

My friend's hubby recently bought a 2nd hand Isuzu Double cab. They want to go JB for some light shopping. The license plate starts with "GN". How and where do they apply for the "pass" or wat. I tried searching the internet for them but can't find anything.

Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be driven into MY unless you have a reg company there. LTA not involved, SG customs will say ok. Its only MY side no green light.

Don't get caught by JPJ, vehicle will be impounded by them. Good luck.
