hey, am quite freakin mad abt how tis spree is handled.

i've email u(zipdisk) ytd noon but i haven got a reply till now. am concern if dere will be a refund for me as u said that u will let go the items at $2.20 fixed and i've paid $25(for the da product & shipping) for 10items. since u are letting go at $2.20 each and am willin to go & collect it from u, will i have a refund of $3?

but it seems like the shipping isn't so expensive($0.90/item) afterall so am i expecting more refund?

since it had arrived.
anyway i'll be sending some parcel over to my cousin.
and some are gifts for her.
so i do hope to get the items asap.
i don't wish to wait for elf 5 batch whatever whatever.
cause i had to send this parcel asap, as my other relative going back to country. tq.

I am going to make a vote now. And is going to go for the majority. I have too many types of different requests and it's probably making me going bonkers because i do not know which is which and do not know what to do now.

Voting for continue the spree since items are here. sending the items out with FREE POSTAGE + refund for the items that are not here

Your msn with Vick said it all. Full refunds will be made if spree-ers don't like the spree and that refunds will be done within 3 working days. Today is the third day and I don't see the refunds coming? Now you are asking for people to vote. You get different requests because some of the requests are coming from spree-ers from Elf 5. Please settle this issue of Elf 4 before you confuse yourself.

As you are aware we are buying products that are fragile, even if you give me free postage, there is no guarantee that the item will not break in the process of posting out to us. Four of us have made it clear that we want full refunds. Just refund us so we can continue with our 'lives'. Why the voting? Its simply a waste of our time.

I don't think voting will work. Everyone has a different request because everyone feels differently towards how this spree has turned out. Some are pissed off while some heck care (those other spreers who have remained silent thus far)

I think the best solution is to use those 3 options to consolidate what people want. You wont be confused and everyone will be happy too. I shall reiterate again, I want my items, I want a refund of the excess shipping. i.e. I'm putting myself in the 3rd category but THIS IS NOT A VOTE.

I also agree with Mendy that ELF 4 should be settled now. Why should we wait for ELF 5 when we have placed our orders way before ELF 5 was closed? It will only add to your confusion if you try to settle both sprees together cuz there will be MORE spreers to deal with.

And zipdisk, I appreciate your act of helping out HX and trying your best to settle everything but just a piece of advice. It may not be the wisest decision to take over from her because legally, you are now acting as her agent and if anything goes wrong, you can be liable.

I don't want to sound rude and I really appreciate the efforts of all spree-organisers. But before I'm forced to state the spreers legal entitlement under the Singapore Statutes, please settle this quickly. I know you (hx.zipdisk) are busy but if you decide to organise a spree, you have to take full responsibility and not do a disappearing act or whine about disclosure of receipts.

i super agree we shouldn't vote. Especially since zipdisk had already agreed to a full refund, or selling items at $2.20 nett. After so many days, this voting system comes out?!?

Zipdisk, may i remind you, in my previous previous post, i actually gathered some affected spree-ers who would go to the police with me, and my deadline on thursday 11.59pm still stands. If i haven't gotten my refund by then, it goes to show that this issue has not be resolved to some of our satisfaction.

Especially i do have a log of all our msn conversations, and i have saved this thread from post 1 till now. I already have all my evidences ready to go.
