Hi everyone.. Tis is my first post.. :biggrin4:
I like to watch at GV Grand, GV Plaza and GV Vivocity because their customer service is better and it's smell-free.The service at Cathay, Shaw and Eng Wah is terrible.

Imagine when you are purchasing your tickets, the staff gave you change by throwing the change onto the table and seems impatient when you are selecting your seats... We paid the movie ticket which entitles us to watch the movie from the start to the end (including the end credits) but somehow the end of the movie got misunderstood by the cleaners at Cathay. They on the cleaners light (those bright spotlight) when the end credits are rolling and start to sweep everywhere not caring if they block your view of the screen. My friend got glared at by the cleaner while trying to watch finish the end credits and the cleaner was even trying to chase him out of the cinema. | |
