SGC$: 75.16 Bank: 719.83 Total SGC$: 794.99 | 4 pcs chicken drumlets 1 potato – cut into wedges ¼ carrot - cut into wedges ¼ big onion – cut into wedges 1 clove garlic - sliced 3 pcs pitted prunes 1 Tbsp frozen green peas ¾ bowl water salt and pepper 1 Tbsp oil Seasonings: 1 tsp light soya sauce 2 tsp dark soya sauce 1 tsp cornstarch 1/3 bowl water Method: 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. 2. Add in the sliced garlic and onions till lightly brown. 3. Add in the chicken drumlets till lightly brown. 4. Add in the potatoes and carrots. 5. Add in the water, salt and pepper to taste. 6. Simmer till chicken drumlets are cooked, the potatoes and carrot are soften. 7. Add in the pitted prunes and green peas. 8. Add in the seasonings and bring to a boil. 9. Remove from stove and serve hot with boiled rice, noodle or bread. |
