eh not trying to spoilt his market.
but i know where he get the webhost from.
and the exact price is cheaper more than half of what he offering.
but of cos i know, he need to earn also.
so it depends to indivisual. 
cos i normally give my customer the same price of what that webhost company is offering.
Firstly, i don't want to trouble myself to be a technical support especially when the server is not hosted in singapore.
Secondly, if the webhosting company is no longer offering webhosting service, i'll become the 'cheater' since there's nothing related to the webhost and just me with the customer. Oh. Depending on the requirements, u might consider a quality web hosting company rather than a cheap web host. We offer quality premium web hosting service. Most US web hosting company oversell hosting on their servers. They protect themselves with their TOS which will state something about the CPU resource usage. Some will limit you on the file you upload.
Like, the files you upload has to be 80% html related files only. Or else, think about it. some web host like hostgator charge only 9.90 per month for 600GB of space. One year, that would easily be $120 USD. Its still cheaper compared to buying a 600GB harddisk yeah?
