Yes, practice makes perfect. I never learned how to cook when I was staying with my parents. My mum nagged non stop complaining I dirtied her kitchen wor! Euww...
When you get married and have your own kitchen, you will definitely learn how to cook and cook decent meals also. Husband must be guinea pig lah..eat what you cooked - tasteless/too salty also must eat. hahahha
If I am alone, I don't cook for myself. I'll eat whatever leftovers from the previous day's dinner or I cook maggi mee also. I like the cup noodles by Nissin. No need to boil the noodles. Just add hot boiling water, wait for 3 mins..ta da! can eat liao. My favourite is the Tom Yam one...yummmyyyy |

I was working and stopped working about 4 yrs ago. I still do work for my husband at home - writing reports for him. He hates writing and I loveeeee writing.
My previous work is in events planning and training. Mainly training. Either organizing talks/seminars/workshops or doing the actual delivery.
I used to conduct talks at schools too....grooming talks. :biggrin4: If I want to, I can still do it because all the school principals have no problem with my age BUT school children don't like me because I look like their mothers. Wahhhhhhhhhhh:cry3: |

Heres the recipe:
Ingredients
2 eggs
3tbspoon sugar
250g marscapone cheese
sponge/lady fingers
milo powder
coffee mix
Method
1)Separate the whites from the yolks. you will need 2 yolks.
2)Mix marscapone cheese, egg yolks and sugar till smooth.
3) Dip sponge fingers into coffee mix and lay on the bottom of a tray. If u prefer the tiramisu to be more cakey, a quick dip will do. If u prefer t to be more moussey-like, dip slightly longer.
5)Layer biscuits, then cheese mix, then biscuits, then cheese mix. The top layer should always be cheese.
6)Sprinkle milo powder on top.
7) Refrigerate for 7-8 hours. Best overnight.
