"I don't usually look out of the window but for the past six months, during the few times I looked out, they are walking around the flat like this."If we can see this, it means other residents can also see this.
"For their own sakes, they should put on pants or cover up, especially when flats are within spitting distance of each other," the STOMPer said.

If the Engineer and his wife minds, tell them to move to a desserted island bah.....
The couple are in the privacy of their own home. What right has the Engineer comment on them. Its their right of privacy and beside they are not doing anything obscene or walking naked in the house.

seriously, the engineer who find this disturbing, u can always add a curtain so he dun have to see it. Its ppl privacy, u arent happy, u keep it to urself.
