Will have to wait and see, thought I believe with the squad he is given, top 4 in Serie A and Champions League football shouldn't be a problem.

I think their squad is depleted and only a few key players remains. Ranieri is not good enough to bring out the best of the squad. Securing a champ lg spot should be their aim this season before they do some market transfer to bring in better players.

i have to agree. If juventus want to see him succeed, they gotta give him 2 to 3 seasons to build up the team..yes..that long most of juventus key player were long gone. Theres no way juventus can play well as before even if ranieri managed to sign a few class players..i just cant see it..

Default Re: Can Ranieri do well for Juventus?

Seriously i still prefer Deschamp than him or capello. Being a Juventus fan since 1996, i would said only the current AC milan manager have disappointed me in Juventus stint. He is a good manager but he cannot bring the best out of the team even through they had went into CL final twice under him.

I cannot see how Ranieri could bring us to glory. If only the board can give some funds to deschamp to buy players. Buffon, Del Piero, Pavel and etc are some of the reasons why we managed to come back so fast.

I was actually hoping for Lippi to come back for the third stint for opld time sake but oh well....

Swee la, Juve back in business. Inter and Milan gonna watch out 5-1 in opening game against Livorno, perfect start.

He may have the tactical ability but I feel that he lacks the motivational talent. I have seldom seen any of his team grind out results. He'll do reasonably well at Juventus, but that would be if the team wasn't Juventus.
