I realised sometimes the fan in class spins at maximum speed (max speed 5) I tend to feel sleepy.. This is a crucial year for me, cant afford to sleep and slack! Any ideas how I can keep myself awake? =X

sleep early sometime also no use bah maybe it is some of problem such as low energy intake or high carbon dioxide content inside the classroom especially those air con as air cant circulate will also cause ppl to fall asleep easily
