Call the police, tell them that it seems to u that some one is going to kill a person in that house. Ask them to be fast cos u dun want to see anyone DEAD.....Another way is to say fighting is going on cos a lot of shouting here and there, u too scared to find out yourself so u call them to investigate. Like that can boh? Sometimes u really dunno what they doing since u didnt see anything.
Say it this way, the police will move faster, it makes them think if someone is dead, there will be more trouble for the policemen, so they move faster

its actually true. Because in a division, certain teams of policemen will deal with different kind of cases depending on their urgency. So yea. If u lucky enough, a police car pass by and gotten the text msg from ops room, the faster the police will attend to ur case.

yeah yeah, u so right. =P..its becos your neighbour not doing this to u then u think its allright to have some fun until so late in the night. PLEASE lah, there are specific places to have late night fun and thats not definitely in HDB flats. else why the pubs open until so late? ==> To give ppl like u to have fun till late night wat else....
and YEAH u are right.... fun HOUSE parties..... and definitely NOT fun FLAT parties.......
AND PEACEFUL SLEEP is more impt than having fun till late night. Somemore if u hold parties at your home (if its a HDB flat) till very late...the neighbours dun get enuf sleep and not having fun too.....now thats what I call TORTURE!

LOl poor dudes, no money go clubbing must club at home.

No, it's because of people like you that make staying in HDB flats such an unpleasant experience, common sense would tell you not to club in a flat into the wee hours of the morning because you will disturb the neighbours. BUT NOOOOO, we've got people having those kind of parties and using the excuse of a "fun house party" to continue holding such noisy events in a HDB FLAT, not a HOUSE.

last time chinese new yr my neighbor n his friend (?) talk and laff damn loud. damn freakin noisy. i check my phone, the time says 3AM...

inside enclosed room also can hear la... my dad pissed, open the window n shout 'oiii!' and then quiet liao.

Haii the next block of HDB flats beside mine also almost every weekend play marjong one very noisy but they normally stop at 12-1am but anyway i could sleep with the noise THEY ARE SO INCONSIDERATE they think they play very fun but other people no need sleep liao call 999 they will come to your rescue hehe
