Wah, I wana complain, Last month when I use credit card to make payments for my tickets, it was only abt $5 transaction fees. Just now when I made payments, I was charge $16 transaction fee and they did not even state the transaction fee. Only after I hit the confirm buttons than there shows a $16 transaction fee. I wonder that $16 is per transaction or per pax. Anyone gt any ideas?

Anyway not that budget. SQ ran out of tics, I went to book air asia or something. Damn crappy. I went over during the morning and came back the next morning, anyway I booked a wrong tic and I was at the airport 3 days too early. Paid quite abit to get my ass on the plane.

No I only bought 2 tix... Means now service charge $8 per tix ah... Suddenly increase than never announce. I'm gonna call them tmr and check. I heard Tiger's gonna add $5 for any carry on luggage. Its not so budget anymore. So many hidden costs...

My one and only time experiences with budget airline tells me that it is bad for my eyesight. Should I say eye sore or sore eyes????
Oh I ordered a pack of chicken rice that cost me $20???? I can't remember but something close to $20 or it is $20. IT taste like crap.

yup I noe its a transaction fee to book online. Last month it only cost $5. Suddenly increase so much. Yah, I tried their food on board too. Really sux... The rice like not cooked.

Really ah?
I always take china airline one
So far so good.
Good service, very friendly and helpful.
If food not suitable, they recook.
Some more that time I'm only 11 and travalling with my 9 YO sister without parent or guardian.
They still showed respect.
