ya no pain no gain. since i start training under coach can see i am improving. not so pek che now haha

u are not the 1st one...in order to do that,u need to have enouff wieght in the ball to do it....but how many games can u tahan frm spinning with a 14 or 15lb w/o risking injury?

bowling is a science by itslef from the most optimum amt for revs to the most optimum speed to the most optimum angle....

furhtermore consirer the fact thet the lane conditions dun favour spinners...its a dying art sad to say....

it is ok for us to join league to gain more experience. playing among the pros can somwhow improve on our game too.. if we r second last i be laughing all the way home man.

I was thinking of the next National League.. Is it open to anyone who forms a team or only selected groups can join? Seeing the results of the 1st division at Planet the other day, they're not as high as I thought they might be..

nat'l league must have a company to back u up,n the company or club cannot be a small fry club/company...reason they dun wan pple to back out half way tru the league

I'm thinking it might not be necessary to use a heavy ball for it. 11+ lbs as I am using now. I think it's more of the release to provide the speed down the lane, and also to have that ball reaction just before it enters the pocket. I'm at a stage now that when my ball goes to the pocket, I can roughly tell whether I can get a pin 5, 4 or 6. For a start, I think I'm not getting as many pin 5s as spinners normally do. More 4s or 6s due to high pocket shots.

Btw, what kind of lane conditions favour spinners? I never knew.. My preference is dry lanes, to give it that reaction.

i use 10lbs or 11 i forget liao.. ROFL so long no bowl.. My ball rusty liao

if the national team of the taiwanese is using 13lb to spin...wat dos this tell u?
