I started work in April, loving my working environment and my colleagues are all the best you can ever find.... (a family)
As i'm studying, i had no choice but to tender my resignation. This is when nightmare started. My hubby suddenly lost his job and i have to take my resignation back. (Guess what my boss said to me?)
' I will extend your probation till end month and you are not allow to smoke, drink cold drinks and you must stop biting ice in office. You are not to talk so much in office.'
Which means i will have to put a mask in office and stop communicating to colleagues and not be myself?? (Just work and go home, dun talk!!)
Did i make the right choice to carry on staying???  |

You have a caring boss.
No smoking means better health.
No cold drinks also means better health.
No bitting of ice means caring for your teeth.
No chatting means you don't get tired easily.(chatting requires movement of jaws and facial muscles which involves energy) | |

do u have any health problem that make him concern so much?
there is only 3 possibilities.
1. he really care about your health - like u mentioned, family.
2. he is damn picking on you to bully.

If u hv ur own finanical problem, den u got to stay on wif this current new job 1st lor. While u r working, just try to find other new job. Just take mc for other interviews if u really ned to. | |

Guess wat.... my baby was sick ad i really had no choice but to take a day leave and my boss called and ask me is my baby was more important then my work or my work more important then my baby.....
I'm starting to feel, its not worth it.....  | |

maybe its never good to take back resignation ....... especially if u were asked to stay so much but u rejected..... hmmm

you said you started working there in April. how did your boss treat you then? you do the comparison yourself, we don't know your boss haha.
You know the saying, hao ma bu chi hui tou cao? It might be that your boss already knows that you want to quit, then bo bian need to come back..so he/she feels that you're not there to stay for long-term, thus maybe that's why he's treating you that way now. It's like, you're going to leave anyway already, treat you so nice for what?
Don't say take back resignation, even for those people who tender letter and then usually there's like 1mth notice (or more).. once ppl know you're leaving, their attitude towards you also will change 1.
