nope. blogskins.com is where ppl create their own skins n post there for others to use. u can use softwares like dreamweaver to create ur own skins. other pic creating aids softwares like adobe photoshop can be used too.

you design ur skin using adobe photoshop and dreamweaver to code it. sometimes i use note pad to code. but most of the time i use premades cause im lazy to code =DD the hardest part is coding.

but if u are html or even xml expert you can just submit ur own design..

I hate blogskins.
Blogskinners is full of copycats.
Copy other blogskinners code then edit edit. Copy deviantart image then edit until so ugly. Full of unoriginal copycats.
